An experienced COO for Lending Start-Up
(potential Co-Founder)

CapitalAID is an online SME LOAN BROKER that provides loans directly to online-based SMEs. Our aim is to disrupt the SME lending market through our innovative big data risk model for e-commerce businesses, taking digital assets as collateral, and providing loans very fast – aiming for instantly. We are saving SMEs from the evil of Basel 3 – and the banks that are destroying credit for new small businesses.

Job Description

A proactive COO – who aspires to become Co-Founder – is what CapitalAID needs. You have a can-do attitude to lead the development of this FinTech venture, which has investment and traction already.  We want a Swiss Army Knife that even brews Coffee!

You are passionate about transforming the FinTech sector and has unmatched knowledge of the online space. You are flexible, take ownership in execution, are unintimidated by deadlines, and perform well under crazy pressure. Speed is as important to you as entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Most likely you have extensive experience in financial services and/or built companies – gladly both!
  • In depth understanding of data analytics, lending, credit scoring and risk
  • …or maybe you have experience in technical product development
  • Ability to navigate the IP environment of digital assets

Responsibilities

As COO of CapitalAID, you will be responsible for growing, building and scaling operations.

  • Develop business and sales to generate revenue and achieve milestones
  • Play the key role on the management team and participate actively in organizational development.
  • Ensure proper documentation and testing.
  • Develop successful and long-term partnerships with stakeholders and partners
  • P&L responsibility, from cost to revenue, to hiring, marketing budget, and scaling.
  • Run customer acquisition activities and manage new accounts.
  • Make CapitalAID a strong and profitable leader in its sector
  • Catch the curve-balls thrown your way and run them to the “End Zone”

Personal skills

As an entrepreneur, you are responsible for the business and will hold personal stakes in the company’s equity through milestone-based vesting.

  • Entrepreneurial approach to business and a strong understanding of start-ups
  • Preferably you have a proven record in sales
  • You know how to motivate, challenge and create structure for your team
  • 100% execution-minded
  • Ability to lead and convince all stakeholders (team, clients, press, investors, etc)
